The Company is governed by a Court of 21 senior Liverymen (a term which refers to both male and female members of the Company) who meet 8 times each year.
The Court is advised by a number of committees and is assisted by The Clerk, Colonel Jeremy Pughe-Morgan, who acts as the Chief Executive Officer.
